Mizener Paul

Paul was born in Scotland. He was already a cook during his military service, and later honed his culinary skills in the finest restaurants and hotels in Edinburgh, Aberdeen, and the Shetland Islands. He has been living in Hungary since 2008. Paul is the resident chef at Chefparade and also participates as a consultant in numerous domestic and international gastronomy projects. He passionately adores British, American, and French cuisine, as well as seafood and shellfish.
