Tanya, of South Indian origin, lived and grew up in Abu Dhabi until 2018 when she moved to Budapest. Indian cuisine has played a significant role in her life since childhood; she loves the process of bringing flavors to life in each dish. She has a special fondness for South Indian dishes and enthusiastically shares her knowledge with others.
