Zsófia Fehér

For Zsófi, becoming a pastry chef was never in question. After earning her qualifications, she obtained a vocational teaching degree from the University of Economics. Over the years, she mastered both traditional Hungarian and modern mono and plated desserts. If she had to choose, the latter two are closest to her heart because she loves the creative possibilities they offer.
